  • Why create an account with you?
    By creating an account, we inform you of our new collections, our promotions as well as our exclusive pre-orders. You will also have the chance to receive promotional codes at any time and surprises for your birthdays.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver internationally: Africa, Europe, America
  • Is it possible to modify or cancel an order?
    Unfortunately, it is impossible to modify or cancel an order once it has been validated.
  • What are your payment methods and delivery options?
    We accept bank cards (debit or credit), PayPal. As for our delivery options, they differ depending on your region. Please see our Delivery & Returns section for more information.
  • Can I exchange or return an item?
    Obviously! In the event of an error in size, color or item, you can request an exchange maximum 7 days after receipt of your package by completing the form for exchanges and returns in the Deliveries and returns section .
  • I returned items, how long should I wait before receiving my refund?
    The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Then, we validate the return maximum 2 days later (an email will be sent to you for this purpose). Finally, you would have to wait a maximum of 5 days later to receive your refund.
